Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take longer — you will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If your tracking number isn’t active within 48 hours, please contact us at Harlioz.Studios@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the product, destination, and rate.

TikTok Shop and Amazon orders may be fulfilled using their integrated carrier services.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Harlioz Studios LLC is not responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your order.

All fees imposed after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Contact us immediately at Harlioz.Studios@gmail.com with your order # and photos (if applicable).
We’ll open a claim with the carrier and assist in replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Incorrect Addresses / Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

8. International Orders & Restrictions

We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please email us for assistance.
