Refund policy
1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the terms below.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and received back within 30 days.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) is required.

Certain items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.

Clearance or “final sale” items.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email Harlioz.Studios@gmail.com with your order # and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error).
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email Harlioz.Studios@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit-card company (processing may take time).
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact Harlioz.Studios@gmail.com.
7. TikTok Shop & Amazon Returns
Orders placed via TikTok Shop or Amazon are subject to their respective platform return policies.
Please initiate returns through your TikTok Shop Orders or Amazon Orders page for fastest processing.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll prioritize your replacement or refund.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
After shipment, the order will follow the standard return process.
